Nasolabials
As we age and lose volume, the natural fat pads in the face start to sag. The downward migration of the nasolabial fat pad and the cheek brings about the nasolabial groove. It tends to catch a shadow that makes our face look droopy, stern and aged. However, the nasolabial groove is usually one of the last areas we treat, as it’s a consequence of volume loss in the middle face, which should be addressed first to achieve the most natural result.
